Senior Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Des Moines, IA)

Bright Beacon Manufacturing Group is looking for a Senior Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on invoice matching for scrap and rework, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 54 people based in Des Moines. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to scrap and rework at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support scrap and rework. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Des Moines, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
