Senior Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Denver, CO)

Highbridge Logistics supplies farm and food customers across the Denver region. We are hiring a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to take on invoice matching. You would join a large organisation of about 575 people based in Denver. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to cold storage at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support cold storage. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Denver. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
