Senior Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Dallas, TX)

Northwind Nest Markets operates grocery and general-merchandise stores around Dallas. We are hiring a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to take on invoice matching. Managers started on the floor. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to pricing at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support pricing. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Dallas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
