Senior Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Columbus, OH)

Ironwood Corner Housing Group manages affordable housing communities across Columbus. We are hiring a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to take on invoice matching. Collaboration with local agencies is constant. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to lease compliance at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support lease compliance. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Columbus. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
