Senior Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Columbus, OH)

Lumen Timber Manufacturing is looking for a Senior Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on invoice matching for tooling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 34 people based in Columbus. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to tooling at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support tooling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Columbus. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
