Senior Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Cleveland, OH)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Clear Farms and adding a Senior Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be invoice matching. We are a family-run business at heart. What you will do • Keep stock linked to seasonal crews at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support seasonal crews. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Cleveland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
