Senior Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Cleveland, OH)

Bright Beacon Manufacturing Group is looking for a Senior Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on invoice matching for scrap and rework, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to scrap and rework at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support scrap and rework. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Cleveland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
