Senior Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Cleveland, OH)

Cedar Forge Health Partners is looking for a Senior Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on invoice matching for electronic records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 121 people based in Cleveland. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to electronic records at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support electronic records. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Cleveland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
