Senior Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Cleveland, OH)

Fernwood Basin Foods Group produces packaged foods at its Cleveland plant, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our invoice matching. Food safety is non-negotiable and we train for it. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to customer specifications at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support customer specifications. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Cleveland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
