Senior Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Cleveland, OH)

Rivermark Wren Hospitality runs guest-focused properties across the Cleveland area. We are hiring a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to take on invoice matching. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Cleveland. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to housekeeping schedules at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support housekeeping schedules. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Cleveland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
