Senior Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Chicago, IL)

Nova Vale Housing is a nonprofit housing provider in Chicago. We are hiring a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to take on invoice matching. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to waiting lists at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support waiting lists. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Chicago, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
