Senior Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Charlotte, NC)

Lumen Linden Facilities looks after properties across the Charlotte region, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our invoice matching. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to safety inspections at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support safety inspections. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Charlotte. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
