Senior Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Charlotte, NC)

Summit Fox Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around Charlotte, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our invoice matching. You would join a small organisation of about 131 people based in Charlotte. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to parts orders at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support parts orders. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Charlotte, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
