Senior Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Charleston, SC)

Harborlight Juniper Civic Services Partners is looking for a Senior Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on invoice matching for procurement, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to procurement at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support procurement. • Experience with an ERP system.
