Senior Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Charleston, SC)

Stonegate Ridge Construction delivers building projects for owners across the Charleston region. We are hiring a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to take on invoice matching. We build things that last and we are honest about schedules. What you will do • Keep stock linked to subcontractor invoices at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support subcontractor invoices. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Charleston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
