Clearpath Cedar Hospitality is looking for a Senior Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on invoice matching for supplier orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Promotion from within is common. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to supplier orders at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support supplier orders. • Experience with an ERP system.
