Senior Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Boise, ID)

Fernwood Ivory Foods is looking for a Senior Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on invoice matching for production batches, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 172 people based in Boise. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to production batches at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support production batches. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Boise, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
