Senior Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Boise, ID)

Westbrook Maple Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Boise region. We are hiring a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to take on invoice matching. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to vehicle inspections at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support vehicle inspections. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Boise. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
