Lumen Clear Farms is looking for a Senior Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on invoice matching for grower contracts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 159 people based in Birmingham. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to grower contracts at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support grower contracts.
