Senior Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Austin, TX)

Rivermark Pike Auto Group is looking for a Senior Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on invoice matching for vehicle inspections, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to vehicle inspections at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support vehicle inspections. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Austin. • We reply to every applicant.
