Senior Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Austin, TX)

Stonegate Bright Housing Group provides affordable homes and support services around Austin. We are hiring a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to take on invoice matching. You would join a small organisation of about 69 people based in Austin. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to repair requests at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support repair requests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Austin, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
