Senior Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Austin, TX)

Fernwood Meadow Manufacturing makes precision components in Austin. We are hiring a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to take on invoice matching. We value people who work safely and speak up. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to customer orders at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support customer orders. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Austin. • We reply to every applicant.
