Senior Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Atlanta, GA)

We are growing our team at Bright Wren Farms and adding a Senior Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be invoice matching. You would join a large organisation of about 642 people based in Atlanta. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to seasonal crews at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support seasonal crews. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Atlanta. • We reply to every applicant.
