Senior Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Anchorage, AK)

Greenridge Vale Manufacturing is a Anchorage manufacturer supplying regional industrial customers. We are hiring a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to take on invoice matching. Many of our supervisors started on the floor. What you will do • Keep stock linked to work orders at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support work orders. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Anchorage. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
