Senior Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Anchorage, AK)

Fernwood Meadow Manufacturing is looking for a Senior Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on invoice matching for machine downtime, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 35 people based in Anchorage. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to machine downtime at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support machine downtime. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Anchorage. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
