Senior Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Anchorage, AK)

Lumen Loom Markets is looking for a Senior Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on invoice matching for shrink and waste, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 155 people based in Anchorage. What you will do • Keep stock linked to shrink and waste at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support shrink and waste.
