Senior Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Anchorage, AK)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Basin Health and adding a Senior Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be invoice matching. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to insurance authorisations at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support insurance authorisations. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Anchorage. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
