Senior Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Virginia Beach, VA)

Redstone Juniper Foods produces packaged foods at its Virginia Beach plant. We are hiring a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to take on inventory replenishment. You would join a small organisation of about 83 people based in Virginia Beach. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to allergen controls at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support allergen controls. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Virginia Beach. • We reply to every applicant.
