Senior Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Tulsa, OK)

We are growing our team at Northwind Ember Early Learning and adding a Senior Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be inventory replenishment. Children come first and so does looking after the teachers. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to enrolment at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support enrolment. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Tulsa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
