Senior Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Tulsa, OK)

Westbrook Forge Freight is a Tulsa logistics company with trucks, warehouses and dispatch. We are hiring a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to take on inventory replenishment. We reward reliability. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to claims at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support claims. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Tulsa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
