Senior Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Tulsa, OK)

Northwind Meadow Housing provides affordable homes and support services around Tulsa. We are hiring a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to take on inventory replenishment. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to maintenance stores at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support maintenance stores. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Tulsa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
