Senior Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Tucson, AZ)

Lumen Ivory Facilities is a facilities company in Tucson with crews on day and night shifts. We are hiring a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to take on inventory replenishment. You would join a small organisation of about 147 people based in Tucson. What you will do • Keep stock linked to contractor visits at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support contractor visits. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Tucson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
