Senior Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Tucson, AZ)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Forge Farms and adding a Senior Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be inventory replenishment. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to grower contracts at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support grower contracts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Tucson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
