Senior Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Tucson, AZ)

Harborlight Lantern Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around Tucson, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our inventory replenishment. You would join a small organisation of about 28 people based in Tucson. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to supplier deliveries at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support supplier deliveries. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Tucson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
