Senior Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Tucson, AZ)

Bright Glen Foods makes sauces, snacks and prepared meals in Tucson. We are hiring a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to take on inventory replenishment. You would join a large organisation of about 436 people based in Tucson. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to production batches at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support production batches. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Tucson. • We reply to every applicant.
