Senior Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Tucson, AZ)

Clearpath Cedar Civic Services works with county and city offices around Tucson. We are hiring a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to take on inventory replenishment. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Tucson. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to procurement at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support procurement. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Tucson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
