Senior Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Tucson, AZ)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Summit Auto Group and adding a Senior Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be inventory replenishment. Technicians are respected and trained. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to warranty claims at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support warranty claims. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Tucson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
