Senior Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Tucson, AZ)

Highbridge Sparrow Civic Services works with county and city offices around Tucson. We are hiring a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to take on inventory replenishment. We follow procedures carefully and explain them clearly. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to constituent requests at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support constituent requests.
