Northwind Cross Hospitality is looking for a Senior Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on inventory replenishment for group events, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to group events at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support group events. • Experience with an ERP system.
