Senior Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Toledo, OH)

Stonegate Ridge Auto Group is a Toledo company supplying vehicle parts and service. We are hiring a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to take on inventory replenishment. You would join a large organisation of about 900 people based in Toledo. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to vehicle inspections at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support vehicle inspections.
