Senior Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Tampa, FL)

Highbridge Hollow Facilities is a facilities company in Tampa with crews on day and night shifts, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our inventory replenishment. Our crews keep other people's buildings running and we treat them well. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to supply orders at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support supply orders. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Tampa. • We reply to every applicant.
