Senior Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (St. Louis, MO)

Ironwood Property Management Group looks after rental homes across the St. Louis area. We are hiring a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to take on inventory replenishment. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in St. Louis. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to rent collection at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support rent collection. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in St. Louis. • We reply to every applicant.
