Senior Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (St. Louis, MO)

Stonegate Clear Farms Group grows and distributes produce from farms near St. Louis, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our inventory replenishment. Seasons are busy and the rest of the year is for planning. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to harvest schedules at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support harvest schedules. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in St. Louis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
