Senior Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (St. Louis, MO)

Fernwood Amber Property Management Partners looks after rental homes across the St. Louis area. We are hiring a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to take on inventory replenishment. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to vendor invoices at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support vendor invoices. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in St. Louis. • We reply to every applicant.
