Senior Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Spokane, WA)

Harborlight Orchard Freight Partners is a Spokane logistics company with trucks, warehouses and dispatch. We are hiring a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to take on inventory replenishment. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to loads and lanes at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support loads and lanes. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Spokane. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
