Senior Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Spokane, WA)

Harborlight Loom Construction builds commercial and industrial projects around Spokane. We are hiring a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to take on inventory replenishment. You would join a small organisation of about 21 people based in Spokane. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to materials orders at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support materials orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Spokane. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
