Senior Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Seattle, WA)

Highbridge Health manages apartment communities around Seattle, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our inventory replenishment. You would join a small organisation of about 27 people based in Seattle. What you will do • Keep stock linked to unit turnovers at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support unit turnovers. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Seattle. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
