Senior Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Seattle, WA)

Clearpath Cedar Health Group is a healthcare provider in Seattle with clinics and support teams. We are hiring a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to take on inventory replenishment. You would join a large organisation of about 460 people based in Seattle. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to referrals at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support referrals. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Seattle. • We reply to every applicant.
