Senior Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Seattle, WA)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Stone Health Group and adding a Senior Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be inventory replenishment. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to insurance authorisations at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support insurance authorisations. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Seattle, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
