Senior Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Seattle, WA)

Ironwood Pike Property Management is a Seattle property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our inventory replenishment. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to resident events at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support resident events. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Seattle, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
